Payments & Fees

- Delays in payment may result in paused or suspended services
All payments made to Bottleneck are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Intellectual Property
Unless agreed otherwise:
- All final, paid-for deliverables become the client’s property
- Bottleneck retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, or marketing materials
Any materials, tools, or frameworks used internally by Bottleneck remain our intellectual property.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate content, assets, and approvals on time
- Ensuring they have rights to any materials they provide
- Reviewing and approving work within agreed timelines
Delays from the client side may impact delivery schedules.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties, except where required by law or with written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Bottleneck shall not be held liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential losses
- Business losses due to delays, platform changes, or third-party tools
- Issues caused by inaccurate information provided by the client
Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date must be paid in full.
Third-Party Platforms
Bottleneck may work with third-party platforms (such as Meta, Google, hosting providers, or tools). We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates made by these platforms.
Changes to These Terms
Bottleneck reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
